​the count down to my flight to Dakar has begun: three days left before I get on the plane, starting to pack my bags.

I am planning a trip to Senegal in late November, to do research  on the raw materials for the innovative construction methods which I am developing.  Hope to take a close look at bamboo, many kinds of fibres from agricultural wastes, and the ground beneath our feet, aka clay​,  for the homes we would like to build .
