they will attract a sizeable client base.
We hope to do, with bamboo, clay, fibers and binders what I have done with stone, to transform the construction industry.

As the branches of our consortium are enlarged, from the initial R&D, to the industrialization of the processes which we have devised: the economic model which I envision, for the expansion of the process, is a form of cooperative franchising, to involve, in a capillary fashion, as many local artisans from Senegal to start, then extend to other African countries.

With appropriate loans, for materials and equipment, these artisans can become actual contractors to carry out the work directly for their clients, and share the profits of the parent company that will train them, promote and support their efforts. The great leap from capable craftsman to entrepreneur is one that even the most talented and industrious people have difficulty making without access to long term equitable loans and logistic support.

This is why the enormous opportunity to promote economic growth throughout the construction industry has difficulty flowing from the massive inputs of capital to the actual citizens of the countries in question. We would like for all of the people who work with us to become something quite different from ‘employees.’ We would like for them to become shareholders of our joint efforts, just as those in Silicon valley have benefitted from being the original shareholders in the work executed there.
